Returns
You may return anything you purchase from us within 45 days of purchase. The 45 days starts the day we ship your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In particular, any item that has been altered in any way. Examples of such would include a ring that has been engraved, or bracelet or chain that has been cut to fit. We also do not accept returns on products that have been made unsanitary, or used in unsanitary ways.

Gift cards, Discount Coupons.
To complete your return, you need an RMA, and you must contact us via email to request one. Items returned to us without an RMA number visible on the outside of the package will be "RETURNED TO SENDER." THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
For example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days. Your credit card statement may not reflect the return until the your next statement, or possibly even the one after that.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Closeout items (if applicable)
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded. Any items labeled as "Closeout" cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item or correct item, send us an email at support@925express.com to request an RMA number.

Except in cases where we shipped the wrong item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will not refund the original shipping fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can contact us via email or traditional phone call. Our normal business hours are 10AM-4PM from Mondays to Fridays, EST. If you email, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you call us, please call during our normal hours of operation or leave a message with your number and we will call you back.
